Will my bulk match the sample?
Bulk is made on the same floor, with the same fabric spec and print method as your approved sample. If the mistake is ours, we remake the sample free.
Is this a real factory or a middleman?
Fabric, cutting, stitching, screen printing and finishing happen in our own unit in New Delhi. The video on this page is our floor.
Why pay the full sample upfront?
A sample is one fully custom piece: pattern, screens, fabric and print set up just for you. Bulk asks only 50% upfront, and the balance is paid before dispatch.
Will there be hidden costs?
Every cost head is in your quote. What is extra is written on it too, such as screens per colour, patterns per size and resampling after a design change.
I only need 50 pieces. Will you take me seriously?
Yes. Most brands we work with started small. 50 pieces per design is our real minimum, not a teaser.
Our terms, in writing
- Design changes are free until the butter paper (print positive) is approved. New screens after that are charged.
- If a sample goes wrong because of us, we remake it free. A resample for your changes costs the same as the sample.
- Screens are charged per colour. A new pattern is charged per size.
- Labels, hang tags and wash care: send yours, or we arrange them from our vendor.
- Embroidery and acid wash are done by trusted outside partners and add 3 to 5 days.
- AI or ChatGPT generated references can look different from a real print. We show you the butter paper first.

What is your minimum order?

How long does a sample take?
Usually about 2 weeks after your design is approved, depending on the print and wash. You get the exact dates with your quote.
Do I need a tech pack?
No. Reference photos or a rough idea are enough to start. We help with artwork, placement and sizes.
Can I choose the fabric and GSM?
Yes. Pick the fabric and GSM, from 160 GSM tees to 400 GSM hoodies, and we match colours to your Pantone.
Do you do only printing on my garments?
Yes. Send your blanks and we print them. Ask for printing only in the form.
How do payments work?
Sample 100% advance. Bulk 50% advance after you approve the sample, balance before dispatch.
